Scene 1

This clip takes place just after the intro, it is used to introduce the main character as well as give the audience a sense of his personality, the video was made mostly using 'Teenagers from space' except for the first car clip and the end saucer transition which are from 'Plan 9 from outer space'. The scene ends with Rob inquiring about something in the car, however this will not be introduced until a later scene, the scene following this will be based around another character which will build up the mystery of what Rob found.

This is the second scene, in this scene I introduce a new character a military general who was looking at the saucer transition who is then approached by a captain who asks him about the saucers in which the general responds, this scene is shorter due to the shorter clip I had to work with, this also gave me less options with the dialogue as well as the other clips with the general are in a different environment which limits the audio and video I can use from the other clips.

This is the third scene, for this section it shows Rob confronting someone to get information out of them breaking into their home and threatening them with his gun, while this scene doesn't answer what Rob found in the car from the first scene but the driver is no where to be found, I aim to answer these in a flashback scene later on, during the latter part of this scene I used a few morph cuts due to not being able to smoothly transition between sentences and video, which makes the scene feel alien and strange which is something that works in the videos favour I think.

This scene focuses on Rob going on a short rampage through a street while he is driven to a destination, this scene also has a focus on comedy/parody as whenever Rob shoots he hits people from other movies with each death scene getting more flashy, I did this as a reference to stock footage being used in low budget films as well as to provide some comedy, however the scene is short due to if I kept playing the same joke it would get old and uninteresting. The next scene I plan to make will involve Rob getting to his desired location and confront the military similar to one of my previous test videos.

In this scene Rob is transported to his destination by an out of control driver who is then greeted by an officer which is here where I hint at what Rob is when the officer say that Rob is in charge, as the officer walks away he says something under his breath. Next I will make the confrontation of the military general who was introduced a few scenes ago.

In this scene Rob confronts the general who mentions that Rob has been on a drug who then disregards Rob and goes back to his phone call in which is then killed. Rob then escapes out the window, following this scene will be a shootout who intercept Rob as he tries to escape. Due to the source clips I used it made coming up with a conversation hard so I had the general Rob talks to dismiss him and want to get back to his original phone conversation so I had Rob kill him, while the setup scene with the general made him seem like a major character by having him killed so easily builds up Rob to have connections as well as a force to be reckoned with in reference to films in which the main character is unstoppable, but I instead made Rob to be the villain.  

Here Rob fights a group of people who I intended to be linked to the general, in the scene Rob manages to kill multiple of the group until he escapes by hiding in a car in which is then driven away. Due to the short nature of the original scene as well as the character getting shot in the shoulder the shootout had to be short as well I had to come up with a way for Rob to escape to continue the video so I had him disappear which also avoided the injury the character takes in the original film. The group that Rob fights I had shown briefly in a previous scene to hint at that they or someone knows what Rob is doing and are prepared. 

In this scene Rob arrives at a forest in which the car is stopped by some roaming polices officers in which Rob pops up from the back of the car and fires at them, but they escape to some other officers which Rob gives chase which ends up with a large explosion which is where the scene ends. When the officers meet up with the others there was a lack of voice lines I could use so I had the conversation seem like the officers were being ignored until Rob arrives. 

This is the last scene, in which Rob wakes up on a bed, however I never made it clear if it was from the explosion from the last scene or as the general mentions that he was on a drug so the events could have also been a hallucination which would make the more extreme scenes make more sense such as Rob shooting characters from different films. The video ends with Rob breaking down yelling about trying to find someone which links back the the first scene where Rob says he is looking for someone while hitchhiking. The film also ends with the narrator much like  the intro to the film.
